I'm not surprised that USC is blowing them out - look for similar results in the Fiesta when UT kills OSU.
 
I fully expected USC to win this game, but even so I'll still admit that they look very impressive tonight. And there's alot to be said for a disrespected underdog coming in with a chip on their shoulder, which PSU was.

In the 2nd quarter ABC ran a promo for ESPN carrying the 1st and 2nd rounds of the Masters - which is 3 months away! :wtf:

I'd like to see the Buffs be a little talented and play like this year in year out.
What a weak conference they play in though....only 4 - 0 looks like 5 - 0 in bowl games this year :lol:

Only because they didn't have to play any Mountain West Conference teams. The MWC OWNS the Pac-10!
 
Oh, the annual SC blowout of a Big 10 team in the Rose Bowl. Almost a tradition like Christmas and New Year´s Eve.
 
The Rose Bowl is a game I'd love to see once in my lifetime. I don't want to go see USC dismantle some hapless B10 team, though. I'll wait until USC sucks again to make my reservations. It may be a while. :cry:

Maybe SC will actually play for the title again one year ... or the Big 10 becomes respectable again.

I had a chance to buy 2 tickets to the UT-Michigan Rose Bowl a few years ago and I'm still kicking myself for not going to that one. :sad1:

I hate the guy. A complete shill for SC and the Pac 10. The best conference becasue they went 4-0. Try putting 7 or 8 teams in bowls then see what happens. The Big XII has lost 1 game, albiet a OSU loss to the dicks, I mean ducks. The Pac 10 still sucks when looking at it top to bottom and they do not compare to the SEC or the Big XII outside of 1 or 2 teams. Let's look at the conferences top to bottom. Brent is a doooosh!
 
Towards the end of the game, with about 3 minutes left, Penn State had the ball and were down by 14 points. It was still a ball game. A quick score there, and an on-side kick would tie the game. It was a definite possibility. But neither Musberger nor Herbstreit could stop gobbling USC's c0ck long enough to notice.

I've got to note that the Ducks were #2 in the Pac-10 (right?) and the Cowboys were #4 or 5 in the Big 12.

I'm with you guys. I cannot stand Mushmouth. I've hated him since I was playing. You would think that after watching college football and "analyzing" it for 30 years the butt**** would have some insight. My Mom knows more football than this guy. Plus, I guarantee you he was over at HCPC's house giving him a "happy ending" after that performance. I like watching SC but they aren't the best team or program in the history of college football.
