Soccer: CU Buffs headed for tough conference play (game tonight)

6-1-2

Now the real season starts.

Friday's game [vs Oregon] kicks off at 5 p.m. and will be broadcast on the Pac-12 Network.

Would love to get an upset here. Ducks are good, but have lost a few headscratchers on the road. Buffs confidence is high, really important to get off to a good start heading into a tough conference slate.

this is a game the buffs could win

Do these announcers work for Oregon? They're just short of cheering for them.

Are they that bad? Unfortunately I am stuck with the most popular tv provider so I can't watch

I'm guessing that it's the regional Pac-12 crew and they have a history of doing Oregon games. It's all about what Oregon's doing or not going and you can hear the excitement in their voices whenever Oregon gets a chance or controls the ball for a while.

Yep...saw UT play New Mexico a couple of weeks ago....went to OT, and the Longhorns were suddenly killed. Hell yeah.
