I can also guarantee that the officials resented this because it was a procedure that took away their authority but made them responsible for the decisions of their bosses while being micromanaged. This was very poor executive leadership.

Man- I have defended Larry Scott for a long time because I thought his vision for the conference was very forward-looking and going to put the P12 in a very good place, but even I have to admit that pretty much everything he's done has not panned out nearly as well as I would have originally thought. It's time for him to go.
