KALAMAZOO, Mich. – University of Colorado junior Julyette Steur was lone winner in five singles matches for the Buffaloes on the final day of the Western Michigan University Invitational, Sunday morning.
Steur defeated Monica Robinson of Notre Dame, 6-5(4), 4-6, 1-0(5) for her sixth win of the fall season in nine matches played.
CU competed against six other schools over the three days in what was the last fall tournament for most of the schools. The Buffs competed against Western Michigan, Bowling Green, Indiana Louisville, Marquette, and Notre Dame.
