Thanks Dan Beebe

The true question is how hard did he fight against us. His term may not expire till 2014, but there are two that expire this year. I think everyone would welcome Larry Scott or another Pac-12 representative entering. Or even take ESPN's suggestion and put in a basketball person.

Wow. Beebee, Csu ex ad, wake forest ad. This conspiracy theory just writes itself

Some ESPN analysts were saying that the committee should be actual basketball people (Bilas, Dickie V, Fran)

Some argued that if this is done they'll just look out for their "guys" and their teams. Yeah that may be true but who the **** do you think these AD's and Conference commissioners are looking out for? And these AD's and commishs actually profit from their teams making it in the tourny. It's not like Jay Bilas gets a raise if Duke gets a #1 seed.

These are the guys who actually KNOW basketball and watch hundreds of games for their job. Let the true experts select the field.

You do realize that Beebe must leave the room whenever a Big 12 team is being discussed, right?

What about the Wake Forrest AD?
After picking up JBz's $500K buy out and suffering through a bad season, he might not have been feeling too generous toward's the Buffs. Did he leave to room, too?

Doesn't mean he didn't "drop hints" before leaving...

And what are the other committee members? Mindless spounges? I can see it now, youve got these educated, succesfull committe members who dont care about teams resumes or their own personal opinions, their just waiting for Dan Beebes "subtle hints" to figure out what to do. Why? Who knows. Maybe they just like his glasses. And even though they are all involved in collegate athletics, there is no way they could know that Beebe might have a personal vendetta agianst CU. Its not like that whole pac-10 expansion thing got any publicity last summer.

So I guess the question remains. Why was CU left out?
