Why can't people call in and sound intelligent? Man!
Hawk is an engaging guy, but he must get frustrated with the questions he gets from callers. It seems like many of the callers have some sort of agenda, like, "Coach, what do I do? My coaches don't notice me and how hard I work," or ,"I was officiating a youth game and some Miami fan came up to me and put down the Buffs and I heard what we did to OU on the radio and went after them after the game," or "you guys are doing great, my daughter goes to CU and her name is Meghan Smith and she live in Kittridge, blah blah..."
Come on people, if you are going to call in, have an intelligent question! That is EXACTLY why I don't call in. "DBT from Arvada, whats your question DBT?"
"Well coach, I think you should hand the ball off more and pass more and, um, tackle the runner better, what do you think?" DUH?!
