Teams that qualify for the BSC should automatically be slotted into the bowls - no petitions - bowl comm. - etc. It should be predetermined each year the slots - Orange 1 and 2 - Rose 3 and 4 etc....... BCS is computerized so should the alignment - The only problem would be teams from the same conference - they would not be able to play each other in a bowl. :wow:

Not if they did the bowls as is with an "and one" game. So, you have your top 4 in a two game playoff. That would be a HUGE money maker.

Yeah, I know. There will always be someone getting screwed, it seems. I'm just not a big fan, right now anyway, of a playoff.

Whether it's 2, 4 or 8 teams, there's going to be controversy about who didn't get in. That's just the nature of it.
