Bio: Tilman “Tillie” Bishop is a Colorado native, a longtime educator, a dedicated public servant, a former state lawmaker who resides in Grand Junction, Colo. A Republican, he was elected to the board in 2006 and represents Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District.
