There’s been a lot of sketchy stuff coming out of LDS-land. Yet, for some reason, kids sign up to play football at those schools every year.
Really?

The LDS church is hemorrhaging members, here recently.

That tends to happen when it's members actually start reading their literature.

Deconversion is a larger sociological trend. The same thing could be said about Catholics or Mainline Protestants. There is no data that compares deconversion of various Christian denominations that includes a category for the LDS Church. Sketchy stuff exists in every state and for many the problems of Utah are less of a trade off than those in other states. Athletes will grit their teeth if they are competitive and the stage is big enough. I did it plenty of times when I was ski racer or when I ran cross country.

On Coach Prime’s playbook above, he said, Zilinskas quit, he tapped out.
Anyone got the details on that? He’s not on the team anymore? Did I hear that correctly?

He wasn't talking about Hank. He was talking about Yakiri. Hank still here
Crazy to think that if Yakiri had stuck around, based on the depth chart it would've been him getting the opportunity last Saturday and not Cleveland.

Life, man. Life.

Had to review the Ute roster...looks like Utah just has Bottari at QB on the roster while the other QBs are out?

Could be a long day for the Utes tomorrow.
