WBB: #17 Buffs host #19 Cal

Add to Sborov's broken foot both the Wilson's are playing hurt. Ashley has a shoulder injury ... missed one or two games and is wearing a shoulder brace. She plays limited minutes because things like collisions with a body or the floor cause her to have to go out again ... and her way of playing the game (tenacious bulldog is my analogy) can result in collisions. And I read this morning that B Wil is playing with a sprained knee.

Women still ranked at #21

The women also a "man" down. Sborov out with a broken foot. Season just got tougher for the ladies as well.

That's a tough loss. This team seems to be missing grit at times and she was one of the only players who was willing to get a little nasty and mix it up every night.

Jamee Swan showed how much she has progressed against Stanford. I was surprised a freshman played, but I guess with Jasmine out, that is who got the start and time. Freshman didn't do much.

I would just like to see a player on the team act like a leader while on the court. I haven't seen that yet this season.
