Week 15 (February 21-27)

Huge. I think this puts us in tourney the conversation.

They definitely should be but can't slip up in one their last 2 games, both against lower-half ACC teams. I get a bit too caught up in NET rankings and proof that NET ranking is far from being a definitive measure is VT is at #40 but are only listed in 2 of 112 brackets on bracketmatrix.com. On the contrary, ND has a 56 NET ranking but is considered to be firmly in at this point.

Auburn loses at Tennessee and Kentucky loses at Arkansas. Auburn only had 2 players in double figures and got killed on the boards, not a good recipe for success. And their end of game strategies have proven terrible in close games, they don't want to end up in a close game come tourney time. The SEC tournament should be tremendous.

What a day, 6 top 10 teams upset

#2 ARIZONA LOSES TO CU!!!!!!!
#3 Auburn loses to Tennessee
#4 Purdue loses to MSU
#5 KU loses to Baylor
#6 Kentucky loses to Arkansas
#9 Texas Tech loses to TCU

Man, Houston will be a matchup nightmare for somebody in the tourney. Idk how well they shoot it, haven't seen them enough. They do have a lot of long, athletic bigs and wings.

They are inconsistent on offense, but they do everything else well enough that I'd favor them to the Elite 8.

Montana State at Montana on ESPNU right now. Under appreciated rivalry. MSU win would be good for CU.

Didn't like 7 of the top 10 lose yesterday? Insane. CU targets Baye Fall and Assane Diop were at the Arky game.

Is Montana State our best OOC win? We'll get a bit of a bounce if they win, but this is a down Montana team. They're 17-10 or something like that and mid Big Sky.

Yes. It's our best win and our 2nd best opponent after Tennessee. That's how bad our OOC resume is. And they're not looking good today.

DePaul vs St. John's is important to us. FS1. Blue Demons up 7 with under 8 left. SJ is #73 NET.
