Originally I voted for the scandal but the more I think about it, and I know this is stupid but, it was around the time they switched chip from a Buffalo to Mickey Mouse with horns. Has nothing to due with the game of football but that is when I remember saying "What the F*CK is going on around here?" for the first time.

The numbers quoted in the article are about history, not about possibilities necessarily. I have a disagreement with the writer about that, but it's a perspective worth considering as Buffs fans wait for things to get better.

If you go back to RN, and take out the Ochs/Houson class and the Scott class our recruiting has been pretty bad. Barnett stopped recruiting top level talent. Im not sure Hawkins knew what he was doing. RNs classes contributed a lot of talent to Barneys first 2 years. While no one liked him, and he had trouble with QBs, he had a lot of solid role players.
