Pac 12 Coaching Carousel

Pitt's AD has to be pissed. Got head coach I like? Check. Got out of that sinking cluster**** of a conference? Check. Ok, one more year to ride in the Big LEast, then on the ACC with a solid head co.wuh??? Aw ****! **** you ASU, you were supposed to hire June Jones damnit...

Good news for us. Graham has been a coach for 7 years and has never won a conference title. Runs a stupid spread offense.

Agreed. Plus the Douchebag notified his players via text message saying he couldn't do it in person. Thanks for the easy recruiting ammo Graham! Very happy with this hire. Another guy recruiting different offensive system players than we do.

Plus he seems to take different jobs every other year. He'll be gone from ASU in 3 years

Slade u are wrong he did not win a conference championship at Tulsa. Division titles don't count as CONFERENCE TITLES. Don't ever neg rep me because I ALWAYS have the FACTS. I AM ALWAYS RIGHT.

Thank u. :smile2:

Facts such as renaming me Slade?

Pitt lost to the Yutes at home...enuff said. Welcome to the P12 Mr. Carpetbagger, you scare me not....

ASU will never be a "destination" HC job - they would have been better off with JJ.

They would have been immeasurably better off with JJ. What a joke that program is becoming. This was supposed to be their breakout year. They started out on fire and then faded down the stretch. They bitchslapped USC and lost to Arizona. :wtf:

Todd Graham is the plain wallflower girl who moves schools every few years and went from hot stuff at the small schools to a fallback date. Mike Haywood should be coaching Pitt and June Jones should be coaching ASU. Graham should be the stock photo on Planned Parenthood's pamphlet for Plan B.

I think we're set for a decent run. The coaching hires in the south were pretty underwhelming imo. Mora's staff will recruit well, but don't seem to do much as coaches.

The situation at ASU is just pathetic. I could be wrong here, but Pitt recruits pretty well because of their location. Kind of an east coast version of UCLA.

Utah seems to be stagnating under Willingham, I'm not overly worried about them in the future.

Arizona under RichRod has the biggest risk reward potential. If he can light the WVU fire, we have a problem there. If he fails to play defense, he's going to need some Pat White types on offense to really worry me.

USC is my main fear, even with Kiffin they're a pretty dangerous team.

I'm soo, soooooo happy that UW is good enough to have coaches poached.

I'll miss D.Martin, but can't wait to see who Sark hires next!

And wow has Mora put together a squad at UCLA. They could be scary in the near future...

I sure Graham isn't the first to abandon relationships at one school in favor of a new gig, and I'm sure he won't be the last.

But the way he conveyed the message to the Pitt players was low. They deserved better than that.

They are solid, but they are just starting their scholarship reductions which are substantial. They simply won't be able to maintain that level with those schollie losses.

I don't buy that. They will still get their usual 4 & 5 * recruits. It will hurt depth, but they will still have the star quality.
