If you want something original, In stead of yelling and shouting a chant why not quiet the court and on an opponents FT. every one starts breathing really loud and panting. It will mind blow the other team that our students are even well conditioned.

I've had an idea for a physical Buff sign to do with your hands. I call it Buffalo Fists.
make your hands like you playing an invisible thumb war, stuck them out in front of you and cross your arms and put them together so your pinkies are against one another. the thumbs are the Buffalo horns.
As an alternative at games you can hold each fist up in front of you against your neighbor's fist and pump them back and forth in a 'punching motion' and then do the chant you guys just made up!

really funny, I had a friend who was all about that hand sign while I was in college. It never caught on.
