Looking into the future - UMASS

Alright - it's officially on. Rack clan will be attending in full force. Plane tix, hotel an shuttle transportation are booked. Now to work on game tix and whether or not to do Fenway Friday night or the Pre-pre game event in North Station. Also trying to decide whether or not to do the Saturday brunch.

But really looking forward to this trip - promises to be a good time. Looking forward to seeing y'all there!

this is great. we may outnumber the UMass fans.

Why do you think UMass scheduled the game in the first place?

my money's on Buff fans. I'll also note, it's not often that a team's fans get that opportunity in football. Curious to see how Buffs handle it -- will we get Big XII piss-balloon throwers, or Pac-12 wine and cheesers?

who has time for balloons?

wicked pissa!!!

Flights and Hotel Booked - c'mon 3rd shuttle!

If you haven't already - email here. Boston Buffs just posted on FB...
We have two weeks left to decide if we will be booking a 3rd shuttle. If you are not on the waitlist, make sure to send the email to boston@alumni.colorado.edu TODAY!
We need to hit a certain headcount to be able to make the reservation, so knowing who is in/needs a pass ASAP is important!
Thanks! Go Buffs!

Got my ticket; now, just working on timing and the flight logistics since I want to see a little of NYC and family (all going to the game) too!

I have 1 ticket to the UMass game that I won't be using - CU section. PM me if interested.

I didn't realize that side of the stadium was open. The only tickets I found available on ticket master are on the other side of the stadium. I was looking at purchasing tickets in 108 for $30 each.

I got mine through the CU ticket office. I also noticed that they weren't available on Ticketmaster - weird that they would do it that way. Anyway, check with the CU ticket office, or pay $5 more each to UMass and just move over to our section, as it doesn't seem like finding seats will be a problem.

That's my plan. I'll be there plus-3, but two of the three are grandsons (11 and 9), who may want to bail at the last minute. I'm just planning on getting my tickets there (only 60,000 or so tickets left!), and finding my way to the CU section.

Big (old fogie) Navy ROTC contingent coming out - we may be in 108 section because the guys were talking about $30 tickets on the 50 to be had.

A boatload (yes, the pun is intended) of seats available in 108... on the 40. Sounds like a makeshift CU section may be shaping up.

And I was thinking section 108 because according to the ticketmaster site, it is the furthest away from the UMASS band.

Need to find out if the lead yahoo in charge has bought the tickets yet to find out where they are.
