CU has rejoined the Big 12 and broken college football - talking out asses continues

Until further notice, all in-conference issues needing to be settled by fisticuffs by AB members shall be held at the nearest Furr's, in recognition of the rejoining of the B12. All out of conference disputes shall continue to be settled in the parking lot of the regular dispute resolution venue, Casa Bonita.
When does Buc-ee’s factor in?

I'll come around, but for now,

That's twice now in the last 24 hours that Buc-ees has been referenced. Somebody help me out here. WTF is that?

I don't feel compelled to Google, because it sounds like some variant of a Cleveland Steamer, and I don't need that **** (so to speak) in my browsing history.

Adding Arizona/Washington/Oregon would result in a pretty strong conference and legit #3 in football, #1 in basketball

Dare I say the possibility to be stronger than it was with UT and OU while those two experience a decade in the SEC similar to the one we just survived

Buc-ee's is the Louis Vuitton of truck stops. You can google it without fear.

Yay! Looking forward to away games in exciting places like Manhattan (KS), Stillwater, Cincinnati, and Lubbock (where I spent almost two years of my life getting drunk and a Master's degree). /s

As much as I really hate this, the possibility of going with some combination of UA, ASU, UO, UW and UU makes it somewhat more palatable. I’m guessing three of those teams are in and the other two are S.O.L.

If I squint really, really hard, I can see how this is simply another stage in evolution of college athletics. I don’t like it, but I understand it.

The modern version of Stuckeys but much grander. One opening in Colorado soon. I went to the one in Auburn recently and it is an amazing piece of Americana.

People, Buc-ee's isn't a truck stop. It doesn't allow semi's. It's very Big-12, but not a truck stop
A minor point at a time such as this....

EDIT: Let me add, when I am on the road in the South, which occurs from time to time, I relish a stop at Buc-ee's, and no I am not, repeat not, in a semi, nor have I ever seen one there. But it is still a truck stop to me, since any gas station bigger than you average Wal-Mart qualifies as a truck stop in my book. I won't even go into the 327 different flavors of soda...
