Colorado v USC - September 30, 2023 - 10am MT, FOX

217 had one. Really greasy tubby dude with his stomach hanging out of his shirt. He quieted down in the 4th but damn it.
Oh, I'm sure there were a few. And they look about as dooshy as you would expect. But the few in our section seemed friendly and well-behaved.

This may not be a popular take with the national media, but Caleb Williams is not going to be a good pro. USC’s talent level is so much higher than almost every team they will play this year. Once he is in the NFL where talent is roughly even in every game, he will be exposed just like many USC quarterbacks before him. Shedeur outplayed Williams today by a lot, and he looked far more athletic in doing so.

God ****in dammit if not for completely ****ing ourselves in the first half that would have been a wild game.

Most pissed about the pac 12 ref ball giving them that last TD. The phantom pi and then the early whistle on the Rice fumble robbed us of a 1 score game with the ball on Shedeurs hands.

**** those ****ing USC pieces of **** that team has some ****ed up juju on us and I wanted to break that curse.
Rice didn't fumble.

I humbly disagree
Williams is fantastic
SS needs another year to reach his college potential

We seem to have issues with using up our timeouts and not having them available at the end of games. Bit is in the ass today.

Wrong. PI is PI unless it’s uncatchable.

It’s up to the defenders to time closing on the ball better.
It's like a basketball game where a guy goes 1 on 3, throws himself into a defender and tries to get a call. It may be a foul by the strict definition of the rulebook but a good ref shouldn't bail out bad decisions, imo, unless it's an obvious infraction. That was a very borderline call on a play that really had no shot at succeeding. Don't throw that flag.

Watching the highlights and comparing usc and csu. Usc had no 'dirty' plays, attempts to injure. Csu had a dozen or twenty.

We now have 2 starters named Omarion. I had to use google

I thought it was a big mistake going for 2 point towards the end of the third quarter. It didn’t end up mattering in this game, but football coaches chase points early in games way too often. Once we didn’t make that conversion, the best we were going to do was send the game to OT or go for 2 at the end of regulation to try to win it.

Who is the other one?

The main takeaway is that these 2 past games were always going to be the toughest part of our schedule but based on everything we have seen, we have a chance in all of our remaining 7 games. We realistically can win at least another 4 or 5 and maybe more. We make a bowl, CP will win coach of the year and this season will be considered a HUGE success.

That is probable, not just possible at this point. This should hopefully allow us to get some key players on signing day and in the portal that can propel us to the top of the B12 next year and in playoff contention and CU will continue to be the talk of college football.

I'm excited for the rest of the season and the future and every other CU fan should be as well.
