If the speed's legit, I'm all for it. One of the big ways that Rutgers built back its program was by going into Florida and getting smaller speed guys that didn't have a lot of offers. CU should be following that model a bit for our Texas recruiting in order to upgrade team speed and re-establish our pipelines.
 
Terrific track athlete and that forty time is legit (he was part of a 4x100 team that finished high at the 4A Texas state championships). Favors Arkansas and Virginia at this time, but does not have an offer from either school.
 
I just checked the Rivals article on him. Seems like he likes Virginia and Arkansas because they offered in track. But since track only grants partial scholarships he wants to go for football.
