As a junior in 2010, Walker was 1st Team All-State as a DB and 2nd Team All-State as a Returner.

    Committed to Tulsa.

This is obviously not a huge loss but it is concerning that Greg Brown is unable to beat out the mighty Golden Hurricanes for a player. He's certainly living up to his stigma as a poor recruiter thus far.

Hard to know whether we were pursuing him that hard or not. "Offers" have taken on a different meaning with the new recruiting rules. I think it is clear we are going all in with Yuri and a few others. Not necessarily a great strategy, but the offer to Walker seemed out of place from the start.

(Greg Brown has to be better on the recruiting trail though)
