I think it's a safe bet to say that we've offered him, but can't find confirmation anywhere, so I don't have us listed yet.

    From Josh Gershon:

According to ESPN, he's already "considered the top point guard in the state". He's tiny, but seems to be a good traditional PG. ESPN actually said he was the "best point guard, at this stage, that we have seen since Baron Davis laced them up at Crossroads High School". And if that doesn't excite you, read this quote from CaliHighSports:

Sounds like the only real knock on him is his size.

If we've learned anything in the past couple of years, it's that this could change VERY quickly.

(see Burks, Roberson, Dinwiddie, Scott, etc.)

Need to talk up Coach A and the success they had at NC State after he brought in Spud Webb.

This looks like these are his freshman year highlights. Plays bigger than his listed 5'7 height, quick, and very savvy player for his age. If the Nash comparisons are realistic, he would be a great fit for boyles run and gun offense.

Gershon and Recruit Scoop both reported that CU, UCLA, UNLV, USF and Penn were all in attendance to watch him battle 2013 3* PG London Perrantes.

ESPN dropped him from a 5* to a 4*. Ranked #20 overall in the 2014 class.

This one's been coming for awhile, but it's a big get for Arizona. It'll be good to keep a talent like Jackson-Cartwright in the Pac-12.

Hell of a player, but I remain confused by what Miller is trying to do from a style standpoint. He doesn't seem to evaluate and sign to a system. Rather, he stockpiles the most highly rated guys he can get and then tries to make it work.

I generally agree, but in this case, I think Jackson-Cartwright is a good fit who can make the surrounding talent better. From what I've seen of him, he's a distributor and heady player who just has a really good feel for the game.

That IS Miller's style/system: recruit lights out, throw 'em all against the wall and see who sticks! There is little apparent molding of a team going on.

He is not a great in-game coach (barely a good one) and its why his teams play soft all the time, with a good number of his recruits transferring out.

Based on recruiting alone, he should be matching up in the Final Four every year, with the likes of Boeheim, Caliperi and Self. He's the "Mack Brown" of college basketball.

I'm with mattrob in this case. Any time you can get a TOP PG (especially one who tends to make the players around him better *coughMAYORcough*), you do it and adjust around them.

Looking forward to the Dinwiddie-Cartwright matchup next year.

Dinwiddie is going to go to town on him.

Not sure they'll guard each other. I'd expect that it will be Ski/Parker on each other with Mayor and Nick Johnson matching up.

Edit: Assuming Mayor is even at CU for his senior year. Big assumption.

It'd be two years from now, if such a matchup ever took place.

That's a good point, it seems likely he'll go after his junior year barring unforeseen circumstances.

With Jackson-Cartwright withdrawing form school, does he just enroll in another high school and continue on to Arizona? Does his withdrawal affect anything at all?

Don't know his situation but I would guess it all depends on how he is doing in credits and if he can find a HS that will graduate him with less than a semester of enrollment. If he is ahead on credits and only needs a few to finish he should be okay, if he was racing to get there this will make it a lot harder.
