I was listening to "The First Team" (Taylor Zauzor & Greg Mcelroy) on the way into work this morning and they were previewing ASU for the upcoming season. They highlighted Kalen and said that he was far and away the lead back this upcoming season and that Graham told them Ballage will be a two-way player this year and see time as a situational pass rusher. According to Graham he has been the best pass rusher on the team this Spring.
Happy for Kalen, but damn, what could have been. As if that segment wasn't painful enough, they followed it up with a Tennessee season preview stating that Butch Jones has been recruiting "lights out" and they expect the Vols to win 9 games this season. Rough morning of sports radio.

I'm convinced Flounder's account has been hacked by a bot that periodically spouts random positive messages in short choppy sentences.
Butch Jones has been recruiting well the last few years but it is a hell of a lot easier to recruit at Tennessee than it is to Colorado and his coaching has been sub par so far IMO. Nothing to ride home about. The thing that has helped him is that Florida has been down and Georgia also had a down year last year after a spectacular year in 2013.
