"We are getting the plans to head up to Colorado maybe sometime in July because June is pretty full for me right now," he said.

Rakeshaw hauled in 51 passes as a junior and he is also a full-time starter at cornerback. He has more experience playing receiver but is open to playing on either side of the ball in college.

No offense to the kid, on the contrary I think of it as kind of a compliment but with a name like Derrion Rakestraw he sounds like a Game of Thrones character. He should be fighting Wildlings instead of scoring touchdowns.

It's kind of a genius idea to come up with homemade playing cards for our players. I'd imagine they would have to be funded by donation and given away rather than sold, but recruits would love that.

I am still awaiting the A-Hole fan that is going to piss and moan about Rakestraw only being a 2-star. Solid tape. Look forward to seeing how his Senior year goes.
 
Coaches are doing a good job on the UVs so far.

Those are becoming the key to recruiting now.

I think the facilities are getting CU back to what we used to always preach: just get a prospect on campus and you'll get the commitment.
 
We may have to work harder to keep him than we did to get him. Glad he seems to already be building relationships as a Buff.
