No different than any guy that's went to CU over the past decade.
Probably would be the case at Notre Dame as well.
Most players will regardless where they go to school.
I saw some report from a couple years ago where only like 40 of the 125 D1 head coaches had been in their job at least 4 years.
Edit: here it is, from 2013 and it was 41 of 125.
