22-23 Transfer Portal and General Recruiting Catch-All Thread

They're not keeping any of the previous commits. If they were, they wouldn't have turned away our top rated kids.
They will keep some. They are all about the films not the ratings but that said, you could be right, most or all could get the boot. I just don't see that happening but you never know. This is a different level.

That's crazy, so Prime recruiting team pretty much only saw one player with the potential to play at CU. Wow! What kinda recruiting was Dorrell doing?
Might be more than 1. This kid is an early enrollee so there's higher time pressure.

It was 3* players and the way that goes with some ending up being guys who get exposed against USC talent, some being solid P5 players who won't see the NFL except through an UFA camp opportunity, and a couple ending up hopefully blowing up. Lots of finding "diamonds in the rough" types. Mark Smith did a nice job recruiting with what he had, finding some players in TX. The guy who saved this class from being embarrassing, though, is Armond Hawkins. Hawkins came to CU as a staffer for Player Personnel/ HS Relations from a similar position at USC. Young guy in his 20s who is one of the only people in the football building I think would be a great guy to retain.
