That’s misleading. Those rankings (for some reason) are inflated by the number of commits a school has. CU currently has more commits than most other schools. The average composite score of the CU commits (94.48) ranks #38. Good, not great.
To view it that way is also misleading. This class is probably the second highest rated class in modern program history when every other school near Colorado has way the hell more university support, NIL funding, and basketball history than Colorado.

The 24-25 team will probably have remnants of the 21 class (highest rated of all time) with Kj top 5 recruit in program history, the 23 class which had Cody the highest rated recruit in program history and Assane who is top 10, and Andrew who is top 5. This team will have talent unbridled by any team in Colorado history.

It used to be a coup if we got one player in the top 150, Tad snagged 4 in this class. And 11 in the last 4 classes.

Great not good.

That's even more misleading. The more recruits you land, the more difficult it is to keep that average up. It's much easier to land 2 highly touted prospects and call it a day than it is to land 4 highly rated players. It's not even worth comparing CU to teams with a class of 1, but here's how they stack up if you compare Tad's top 2 or 3 commits to smaller classes:

2+ commits: .96 avg composite, #22 overall
3+ commits: .9547, #9 overall

Either way, it's much better than #38 and landing several players carries weight.

Hard to find footage. Looks like he maybe even reclassed at one point from 25 to 24. Has a May 2005 bday though so will be 19 as a Frosh next year. Looks very cerebral and to operate smoothly in the PNR, with a well rounded and even back to basket game. Classic big guard Tad likes ala Spencer, DWhite, GK, etc.

Barely played on the Canadian FIBA U 17 team in 22 with several good players that are or will play high level college ball. Jovan Milicevic, Stephen Osei, Jacob Theodosio. Was listed at 6'2 at the time so as he's grown so has his profile. Wondering if Tad's U19 experience got him exposure to Felix somehow.

I like that he's running the point.
