Anyone know this? In any organization it is difficult for people to say or mention bad news...so know one says anything....so the whole organization takes a trip to Abilene for an icecream cone when no one really wants to do it. If one coach or one player on the team said something like wait a minute...is this really what we should be doing? Others (if they have a spine) will step up and say yeah...maybe it is time to take a look at the situation a little differently....Classical org theory...related to org culture which I thought was one of Dan Hawkins strengths.
