I don't understand how this one is working. Yesterday I tried voting multiple times over the course of the day just to see what would happen. Based on the messages I got back ("Thanks for voting" vs "we've already counted your vote") my vote was counted 3 times throughout the day .... it may have been once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once in the evening.
I can sit there and vote over and over from the same device and receive that message, but it doesn't move the vote total.

That site is really good at tracking, too. Wouldn't let me vote multiple times using an Incognito window, either.
