i used to be really high on this guy, but never really got to watch alabama games. now that i've watched a few, i'm starting to think he is a rich man's dan hawkins. he looks good on the surface but after watching the games closely, he really seems like an idiot. alabama's offensive playcalling has been atrocious in the games i've watched. two heisman caliber runningbacks and alabama throws 70% of the time! also he calls running plays on third and 19...

i'm just hoping for malzahn now. he'd be my "home run" hire. he's the only guy that seems really good that we have a good shot at getting.

Never on the the wagon and I wonder about the Cam Newton effect on Malzahn.

auburn's offense already made a dramatic improvement last year, before cam was on the team. and their success this year isn't all cam. they make very smart playcalls that help him succeed

Off McElwain, no shot at Les and Malzahn doesn't sound like he's in any hurry to become a head coach. Probably waiting for the Tennessee or Georgia job to open up next year. We are royally ****ed!

Patterson would be a very good hire, IMO.

Patterson's had his chances to leave TCU. I think he's out of our price range...if he shops around.
