BOULDER – The Colorado Buffaloes have officially placed redshirt sophomore long snapper J.T. Bale on scholarship.
The news officially broke on Wednesday morning as the team released the video below. The Buffaloes had two scholarships open up after the dismissal of N.J. Falo and the early departure of Sebastian Olver.
The other scholarship is expected to go to Texas Tech transfer Tony Brown, who tweeted out that he was arriving in Boulder on Wednesday.
Bale played in all 13 games last season, handling every snap on the punt team and the field goal unit. He played in a total of 146 plays last season.
The California native showed the ability to get down field on the punt team, racking up six forced fair catches and assisting on two tackles.
Dreams do come true
