One year after looking like the one of the five worst p5 teams in the country and going winless in conference, cal needs to beat USC or Stanford.

I believe mm is a better nuts and bolts coach than dykes.

So what's the difference?

Talent. Dykes inherited a bunch and brought in some.

Oh, and they said on the radio here today that it took the players months last season before they could understand the staff's Louisiana accents at cal. I'm not kidding. Lol.
