Colorado v Nebraska - 2023 - Official Game Thread

Shedeur has an open guy in the flat to the left for an easy first down but goes to a covered guy on the right. SMH.

We have 1 or 2 guys every ****ing play. We just need enough time once to find one of them.

They are playing 10 yards off the line on our wideouts. A quick pass to them will get 5 every time and a missed tackle could be a big gain.

I felt like Shedeur had room to run to his left there on that 2nd down. Seems like he stared down that pass to the flat that was incomplete.
I agree right there. He could have ran. He had the space but once he got his foot grabbed. He was just trying to get the ball out. At the end of the day, the OL isn't doing a good job at all with pass pro or run pro.

Yes - Sanders just needs to run if Nebraska is going to drop 8 players into coverage. But - that's tough to do on the 13 yard line when the QB takes a 5 step drop from the shotgun.
Nebraska is playing to his weaknesses well. Time for Coach Lewis to show us his greatness.
