Sophomore defender Emily Kuefler has scored Villanova’s only goal of 2015 while midfielder Hayley Wilson has the assist. Wilson also leads the team with 11 shots and four on goal. A trio of others have tallied five shots. Goalkeeper Emma Meyer has logged the majority of minutes between the posts and is the goalie of record in all seven matches.

Good luck to the soccer team as they hopefully complete their non-conference schedule STRONG!

(Personally, it may be a Buff triple-header day with volleyball (9:00 AM and 7:00 PM starts) sandwiching this Soccer-Buff match.)

GOOALLLL Hooks for the Buffs!

Per livestats- "05:09 Colorado 0 - 1 GOAL by COLO Hooks, Brie (FIRST GOAL), Assist by Evans, Danica, goal number 4 for season."

GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!

Danica Evans beautifully headed it to open space and then placed her strike not that hard but placed right to the lower left corner by the goalkeeper.

Per livestats- "54:42 Colorado 0 - 2 GOAL by COLO Evans, Danica, Assist by Krauser, Madison, goal number 3 for season."

GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOAAAAAAALLLLL #3- this one Brittney Stark on nice pass from Emily Paxton!

"76:08 Colorado 0 - 3 GOAL by COLO Stark, Brittney, Assist by Paxton, Emily, goal number 2 for season."

And the Buffs complete the shutout, another one for Kate Scheele (with of course support from all the players providing defensive support), as the Buffs win 3-0!

Now it gets really real as conference begins- take down the Bears next Sunday!
