Programs that emphasize recruiting win consistently.

Programs that emphasize player development win every few years when they have an experienced roster.

And when you "emphasize everything" you emphasize nothing.
 
I’ll let you know how I feel on national signing day a year from now. I do think this hire is less risk than Sark. Having a head coach you are worried about falling off the wagon was big time risk.
