[IMG]Time to scour a few obscure notes and facts for this week's game, courtesy of ESPN Stats & Info and various Big 12 sports information departments:
    • Since the Big 12 formed, Oklahoma and Texas have split all 14 Red River games, 7-7. Mack Brown is 6-6. Bob Stoops is 6-5.
    • The Red River Rivalry winner has finished the season with a better overall record than the loser in 10 of the past 11 seasons.
    • Texas' 45-35 win in 2008 was the only time in the past 11 years that the lower-ranked team has won.
    • Oklahoma has been outscored 41-10 in the fourth quarter of games this season, while out scoring opponents 126-53 in the first three quarters.
    • Colt McCoy threw 18 passes in his first Red River game. Garrett Gilbert is averaging 34.8 pass attempts per game this season.
    • After completing just under 30 percent of his passes over 15 yards last season, Landry Jones is completing 50 percent of his deep balls this year with four touchdowns to no interceptions.
    • Saturday when Georgia travels to Boulder, it will be just the second time Colorado has ever hosted an SEC team. LSU beat the Buffs 44-0 in 1979 in the only other game.
    • Colorado has allowed opponents to convert just 8-of-39 third and fourth downs, the best in college football.
    • Baylor hasn't won a conference opener since 2006, and hosts Kansas on Saturday. Kansas has won its past three Big 12 openers.
    • Texas Tech is 5-1 against Iowa State in Big 12 play.
    • The Red Raiders Brian Duncan leads the nation in sacks, with five. Defensive back Jarvis Phillips, a redshirt freshman, leads the nation in interceptions, with four.
    • Kansas has 38 players on its roster from Texas.
    • Kansas has lost seven consecutive Big 12 games entering this season.
