I never tire of hearing about this guy. First of all, what he meant to the program as a local kid and then what he's overcome since. Huge fan of John's.
 
John is an inspiration to all. I'm glad he has someone in his life that inspires him. John, you rock and always will!!!
 
On my list of ALL-TIME GREAT Buffs, John Hessler is at the top of the list. His spirit is contagious, and he's inspiring far more people now than he ever did as a qb for the Buffs.
 
I guess Neuweasel was right about one thing...John will go down in Colorado football history as the come back kid.
 
I put my kid in the football camp last June and John hung around and helped with his age group (8-9yr olds). I got to speak with him and his then fiance. What a great couple.
