Games thread-(RV) MEN'S BBall begins Pac 12 play hosting Washington (Fri., 12/29/23; 7:00 PM MT; ESPNU) and WSU (Sunday, Noon MT; Pac 12 Net.)

Going to the wsu game with the family. Parking suggestions for those of us who don’t make it to many games?
I'd just do the parking garage. It will take about 20 minutes after the game to exit, so have KOA queued up for postgame comments and interviews while you're sitting in your car.

Anyone know if there is a good team store at the keg? Or should I just go to the bookstore?

Go to Horse pregame. Walk from there. 10 min walk. Super easy.

Store at the keg sucks. Plan on going elsewhere.

So Hurlburt can’t even sniff the rotation even with four guys out…

He’s gotta be looking for a new destination next year.
There is a note in the pregame article, that Tad says he may have to play him today. No comments on why Hurlburt has been sitting.

"The shorthanded Buffs gutted out Friday’s win despite battling through foul trouble. At one point with about 11 minutes remaining, CU had four players on the court with three fouls. Given WSU’s size up front, Boyle hinted that additional foul trouble against the Cougars could lead to an appearance from redshirt freshman forward Joe Hurlburt.
Hurlburt has made five cameo appearances late in blowouts totaling 10 minutes, 42 seconds of court time. He still is seeking his first career point and first career rebound.
“Joe Hurlburt is a guy, 6-11, that we may need against Washington State,” Boyle said. “Depending on foul trouble and all the things you may be faced with.”

No No No GIF

Hurlburt is terrible. Could be Tad's biggest recruiting miss of all time. Slow, stiff, soft, no shot from anywhere, poor athleticism, an on and on and on...

He had great HS stats - but all from ND. He may be a country boy, still adjusting to the bright-lights of big city Boulder. lol.

Dak is back. KOA guys saying he's the player who has improved the most since season began.

Be great to get a big game from him or Hurlburt.

Tad on D White: He is playing at NBA All-Star level - but Celtics already have 2 all-stars and he likely will be passed up

Good. Sitting here watching Hammond regress every game. Ruffin needs to take a good portion of his minutes.
****ty hot take.

He's improved every year and is shooting lights out this season so far.

Go look at his individual game log this season. It's wildly consistent. Yes, we want Ruffin back as more guards help, but comethe****on about saying Hammond is regressing and needs to sit more. That's just wrong. No, he shouldn't be a full-time starter, but he's a great backup.
