Prince ****ed that program, and Gramps will do nothing to revive it.

they weren't exactly the "golden years" thats for sure.More accurately, Gramps sent that program downhill his last couple years and Prince finished them off. I love how everyone conveniently ignores Snyder's last couple years before he retired.
Remember this? "Kansas State did it the right way when the Wildcats brought Ron Prince to Manhattan." http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/blackhistory/news/story?id=2325630
Yeah they were pretty bad as a team, but at least Grandma wasn't making his assistants run stadium stairs while simultaneously trying to bankrupt the athletic department.More accurately, Gramps sent that program downhill his last couple years and Prince finished them off. I love how everyone conveniently ignores Snyder's last couple years before he retired.
Maybe they'll be replaced with Utah or BYU when they cant stay in the Big XII.
They are already grasping for any money they can get their hands on - you can buy a season ticket for $178 if you are a young alumni. That comes out to about $25 a game.I have to say that the epic meltdown in the little apple is amusing to me. They're in about the same spot we were in with upChuck Fairbanks in 1980 when we axed a bunch of sports. KSU is on the verge of insolvency. If they have to pay out these settlements, it will likely cause the entire athletic department to collapse.
