He is no longer listed as injured.

Surprisingly, he is no longer listed as a Tackle either. He is Ryan Miller's backup at RG on the latest depth chart.

My guess on the 2011 OL:

    LT- Bakhtiari
LG- Harris (unless Adkins holds him off)
    C- Iltis
    RG- Miller
    RT- Givens

Would love to see Harris get some snaps if there is mop-up time at some point this season. I think he is the next Ryan Miller - whatever that means.

Why would you move Bakhtiari to LT? Why not move Givens there?

I still would not count out Dannewitz, I have heard really good things about him and he is a natural LT.

Nice to have the problem though of figuring out which out of a number of options to use. Losing Solder will hurt but we should be strong and deep next year and for the next couple of years.

Because Bakh is money in pass protection (technique and results). That's where he's ahead of Givens.

Good point about Dannewitz. I've also heard good things. I just don't picture him ever being a starter unless due to injury. I was wrong about Adkins, though, so who knows. A lot can change between now and the 2012 season.

I am not worried right now about what the line will be next year. I am just excited that we have options that don't involve who we sign in Feb11.

The fact we will have competition at most positions is great.

hard to believe that Behrens is 3rd team behind Harris now. He was our staring left Guard two years ago and I'm not aware of any significant injuries.
It looked like he and MTM would anchor the line 2 years later, and neither will likely see the field?

Matt Bahr was the starting RT, he now sees the field as a Fullback/H-Back

I thought these 3 guys, along with Solder and Miller would be the starting front 5 if you asked me two years ago.

thinking about 2012 appears to be a bit pointless.

Why doesn't Miller play LT in 2011? I don't understand why he is playing guard.

Miller doesn't have enough agility to be on an island at tackle.
