Colorado's practices are a lot more competitive than they used to be. Two years ago, when Shannon Sharpe was lost for the season due to a knee injury, former CU head coach Jeff Bzdelik said it hurt Nate Tomlinson's development because there was no one to push the point guard in practice.

Great news on Adams. Loved what Brown had to say.

Also, sounds like Cain is a real presence in the post. We could become a very dangerous team with both those guys in the rotation.

can't wait to see what both of those guys can do. We definitely need help scoring (Adams) and post defense (Cain)

I was worried when they said Cain would play in December, then I realize December is three days away!

actually after watching our defensive struggles, I am hoping that Adams can really contribute on the defensive end. It seems we lack a Higgins type lock-down defender. I think we really took that part of his game for granted.
