    Doesn't sound like he did anything terribly wrong. Sounds like he met a woman, went for drinks with her and she passed out. He didn't want to leave her side. Maybe he had been drinking and his judgement was impaired but it's not like he tried to fight them or anything.

    I think you mean: FULMER Cup.; after famed UTenn HC Phillip Fulmer, whose teams often led the nation in arrests during very decent SEC seasons.

    Read the article though: BALTIMORE P. D. enough said! Sounds like a "Speaking loudly to cops while black" charge.

    I think it wasn't even police he ignored, it was just a couple of medics - what authority do they have? He cooperated with police as far as I can tell.
