Dear Buff Fans,
We're getting ready for the game against Kansas State on Saturday at noon and sending off our seniors the right way. As you get your stuff together for the game tomorrow, I hope you will remember to bring some non-perishable food items.
My fellow Student-Athlete Advisory Committee members will be stationed around Folsom Field collecting your items so we can donate them to Community Food Share. Community Food Share is a non-profit organization that helps to fight hunger in Boulder and Broomfield Counties.
Non-perishable items most needed include but are not limited to canned fruit, 100 percent fruit juice, cold & hot cereal, tuna, peanut butter, and pasta sauce. So when you pick up your tailgating food, maybe grab some of this stuff too. You can read more about the canned food drive at http://www.CUBuffs.com.
