Montez vs. Noyer

So how much of last week do we chalk up to the weather, then?
I'm guessing that a guy who grew up in El Paso had never played in something like that. At the time, I thought that was probably a part of why they gave Noyer a shot (from Beaverton, Oregon).

But I'd call it a contributing reason, not an excuse. There's no excuse for the numbers put up at Wazzu.

I tend to agree, but it is ridiculous to see these numbers in back to back weeks.

I guess my thought is that Steven's issues in part come from physical problems (weird field in Corvallis, rain in Pullman) and in part from not being able to deal with them mentally as well as he should.

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Montez very well could get chosen as the PAC 12 Offensive Player of the Week, unless Tate goes off for another 500 yards. Helluva bounce back. Stay humble Steven
No doubt! I basically stated this on the walk home from the stadium. I felt it was perhaps the best game of his career. He was very efficient. It took him only 26 passes pick up 347 yards with 3 TDs and no interceptions. For the first time this season it seemed almost all his passes were on target, regardless of distance. he was leading the receiver when it was prudent to do so. No real poor decisions from him today and multiple receivers made important receptions.
