BOULDER –The 2015 Pac-12 Track and Field Championship officially get underway on Saturday, May 9 with the heptathlon and decathlon taking main stage for two days on the campus of UCLA.
Junior Abrianna Torres will led the group of five CU athletes, four women and one man. She currently ranks second in the Pac-12 in the heptathlon with 5,445 points. That score, which she recorded at the Mt. SAC Relays, put her third on CU’s all-time performers list. She was third in the heptathlon in 2013 and placed eighth in 2014. Torres has been having an outstanding season and is poised to do well at this year’s meet after winning the pentathlon at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Indoor Track and Field Championships in February.

List of entrants- http://static.pac-12.com.s3.amazonaws.com/sports/trackfield/pdf/2015/Multis Entries.pdf (Look like the Buffs have the 2nd (Abrianna Torres), 8th, 9th and 11th highest point totals in conference this year going in on the women's side, and the 10th highest point total for the one Buff male competing.)
Live results may be available here come meet-time- http://www.rtspt.com/events/pac12/track15/ .
TV- Can't find anything scheduled, so assume Pac 12 may just have an overall highlight show for the championships after the fact. There is a link to a Pac 12 network on the UCLA webpage, so maybe there will be streaming? (This post will be updated when more is known.)
EDIT- Per the Pac 12 T&F championship page (http://pac-12.com/track-field/championships/2015-pac-12-track-field-championships), "The 2015 Pac-12 Track & Field Championships will take place on May 9-10 (multis) and May 16-17 at Drake Stadium in Los Angeles. TV coverage of the event will debut in a three-hour special on Sunday, May 24 starting at 9 a.m. PT on Pac-12 Networks." Too bad there isn't anything live- hopefully there may be a stream or something (like the Pac 12's women's golf championships recently had) that just hasn't been announced yet. I would think a track meet could have decent streaming with 3 cameras, and assume they'll be there for the special anyways.
