Juda will commit, but appears he will have to go through the JC ranks first due to academics. I base the latter part on Tennessee's decision to pull his scholarship and the lack of visits or strong recruiting interest form other schools (even CU until the coaching change).
Juda's got a visit to Oregon State next weekend. There aren't any academic issues reported with him. I think it's a matter of him committing early and then needing a program that had room. Plus, both he and Asiata were at a school their junior year that closed and so they switched for their senior year. They may not have been able to get junior year tape out to people.
