Can't believe nobody here discussed this. So we have bought out his contract or what? Plus what's the potential impact on our future staff

The Riddler wears Mean Green. Good for him, but...who cares?

What contract needed to be bought out? Why would this impact our future staff in any way?

I believe he was on month-to-month contract, or the like. Should be no buy out. Other than that....

Hope he does well. Where is North Texas? I get it in a geographical sense, but where on a map?

Denton, TX. Where I-35 splits on the north fringe of the DfW metromongoplex.

Of course the Riddler wears green.

I guess we won't have to worry about losing out on Tight End recruits to the Mean Green any more.

I can't believe North Texas could afford his $2 Million buy out clause.

    please explain what you mean.

    1. Why would someone on a month to month contract need a buyout?

    2. Why on earth would it have any impact on future staff?

    3. Why are we discussing this? What is there to discuss? Guy loses job. Guy get another job at a lesser firm. Happens every day.

I can understand the Tight Ends offer. They weren't horrible when he was here. But Special Teams? McCarney did his homework, right?

    (Devil's Advocate)
But... Like Kiesau after the firing, we shall see what he can really do with a different boss.

D2 Dan saying Riddler could clinic any coach about special teams tells me all I need to know about Riddle's abilities.

Enjoy North Texas. I hear the views are almost as good as Boulder.

As predicted by the Riddler himself in that email from a friend of a friend of a friend Tatonka posted a couple of months ago...remember the one where we all became experts in time zones due to crazy email time stamps? Yeah, that one.

Although I don't know if North Texas would compare to the Riddler's example of Helfrich going to Oregon or Grimes to Auburn. Still pissed about Grimes to Auburn, Emory Blake is blowing up down there.

Glad he is no longer with Colorado. Glad he got a job somewhere else. Good luck!

Oh Mean Green, will you ever win? The Riddler is loose in Denton...Batman O Batman, wherefore art thou Batman...

I think it is safe to say the Sun Belt will benefit from Riddle's "clinic" of the UNT ST....

Anyone know how much Kent charges for one of his infamous clinics? We should all chip in and get him up here. Tini-if we're short on funds do you think your mom could, you know, "help out?" We need the Riddler to be happy, he'll have a lot of work to do.
