If bordering states shared the same laws, than wouldn't at least 48 states have the exact same laws?

You should really talk to somebody in law-enforcement, maybe they could help straighten out your flawed logic.

No smartass! :lol: Sometimes bordering states have something similar on the books, but they've tweeked it to fit their needs. So that would mean, for example, Colorado might have something similar to Nebraska, but since Nebraska tweeked it Colorado might need to change it as well. Knowitallmother****er! :smile2:

I'm just saying they all touch each other. It's like an unbroken chain. ****, I think Missouri alone touches like seven states.
