I was not able to turn on the game until middle of the 4th quarter, but I feel like I did myself a favor. That did not look like 2 good football teams grinding out a defensive slugfest. It looked like 2 mediocre teams desperate for anything positive to happen.
Also, wasn’t the book on Sims that he was extremely talented but a turnover machine?

Their offense looked absolutely abysmal.
The OL was much worse than I expected.
The QB last year at GT was bad and he didn't look any better against Minnesota. Maybe Gibbs was carrying Sims and not just the Sims and Gibbs show like it was at times. That said, Nebraska tackles was getting dominated in pass pro.
While I still see style matchup questions, that offense is going to be bad. They just lack weapons and Sims is literally no threat against press coverage with a spy. He's not as fast as I remembered him with Gibbs. He's gotten too big.

Secretly hoping this pisses off enough Nebraska fans that they won’t travel as much next week.
No such luck.
They have sucked for the past 20 years losing all over America and their fans keep coming.
It's their excuse to get out of Nebraska.
The one thing that entire fanbase still has left to be proud of is their collective willingness to travel great lengths to see the fuskers get their ass kicked.
And the volleyball team.
