Official D coordinator search thread (DJ Eliot hired?)

It's actually not crazy. It wouldn't be a splash hire or anything, but he'd do a fine job. Not going to give much in recruiting these days, though.

I doubt that's the direction HCMM goes, though.

He recruits Polynesians though and that would help with Falo's brother? He could still recruit as good or better than most. I hate seeing him in Terra Haute, IN

Cabral has not been more than an average recruiter in years.

Nik is being too diplomatic here IMO, that hire would be very underwhelming.

We should be able to gamble on this: Day hired / From College or NFL / Price Range / Tiebreaker is the actual person.

Probably waiting to see if the Tumpkin thing reaches a resolution that allows them to promote him to DC. Makes as much sense as anything else at this point. Seems that we are headed for a disappointment. Hope I'm wrong.

actually, it is totally insane. here's why: cabral had been a colorado state employee long enough that he could draw his retirement pay so he did. and, as long as he works out of state, he can still draw that retirement pay. this is the primary reason he's not coaching at pueblo or something. anyhow...
