I'm excited to go to the games I can go to, including Cal, and cheering my ass off. I hope the team plays with enough energy and efficiency and fire to win some good games.

a win in cal would make me the happiest man alive.

People just love the hawk-mac comparison, don't know why,,,,
You guys are getting WAY ahead of yourselves, I wasn't comparing Hawk to Mac and never would. That's like holding a candle to a blowtorch. The candle's diminutive flicker would be dwarfed by the radiance of the blowtorch's bellowing flame and the wax would almost instantly melt away! All I'll saying is that it is in the rhelm of possibility that Hawk might pull his head out of his ass and rattle off some wins this year, and until we see that his dome-piece is in fact still firmly planted in his posterior, let's stop all the bitchin' and moanin' and think happy thoughts!

It would be a great birthday gift for me after they shat on my birthday last year against Toledo when I was trying to enjoy Vegas. Maybe being in the same stadium rather than a couple thousand miles away will help.

Always excited for the season. Very optimistic. Time for all the BS to morph into performance!

Plus Dumervil went down, so I am in the dumper on the Broncos.

Gotta say, my excitement level for CU football is way down. I just can't stand the thought of watching MY TEAM slog its way through another craptastic season. I reserve the right to jump back on the bandwagon should it be warranted.
