This is for past recruiting so... since it was in the past... it is now on CURRENT CU FOOTBALL....

Do we have restrictions or rules in place that are more stringent than the Big 12?

Do the Regents have a say in who we can and can not recruit?

Are we on a level playing field with the rest of the Big 12?

Does anyone know the answers to these questions?
 
We do have higher admissions requirements than most of the Big XII, excepting maybe Texas.
